罹患不治之癥的David（張智霖 飾），醉駕失控沖向隔鄰行車線，休班警員Sam（古天樂 飾）和妻子阿思（佘詩曼 飾）于兩車相撞前及時扭軚，避過一劫。David的車和跟在Sam車后的一輛車迎頭相撞，司機Patrick無辜慘死。失戀尋死的小紅從天臺一躍而，恰巧墮到Patrick車頂。此時，新晉歌手Jamie與舅父駕車經過，好奇查看時，遭重型貨車撞死。負責處理小紅尸體的仵工志強（林家棟 飾），因想還清賭債而偷走了陪葬的龍鳳鐲，卻一直不能將其變賣。Patrick未婚妻雨欣（蔡卓妍 飾），為完成丈夫的遺愿經營渡假屋，卻接連發生怪事，David為了贖罪前來暗中幫忙。Jamie的黑膠唱片被扔掉后仍不斷重回到Sam和阿思家中，涉及車禍的人無不遇怪事……

2025 恐怖簡介：Follows the story of a prospective husband and wife named Salim and Tasya.
